Maria da Graça Carvalho participated as a speaker in the 2nd meeting of the Centre for European Policy Studies CEPS Task Force on Education The Quantity and Quality of Human Capital: Comparing the EU, US and China which took place this morning in the headquarters of the CEPS in Brussels.
Her intervention focused on the role of Universities in innovation and economic development.
