Maria da Graça Carvalho attended the farewell reception given by the Ambassador of the United States of America to the European Union William E. Kennard , in association with the Chairman of the Delegation for Relations with the United States and Member of the European Parliament, Christian Ehler.
The reception took place this evening at the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
