Work in Parliament Report on the Seminar on the European Programmes for Science and Technology (TV Energy)

The report covering the Seminar on Energy TV (Programmes European Science and Technology) was recorded at the Palacio da Bolsa in Oporto on 2 July 2010.

Maria da Graca Carvalho organized this seminar as Rapporteur for the simplification of rules of participation in current and future programs for Science and Innovation.  This is "a report that aims to redefine the rules of participation not only in the Research Framework Programme (52 billion Euros) but in all other programs of Science and Innovation in order to facilitate participation and raise implementation rates. 

The aim of the seminar was to involve European citizens in this debate, to ask for their input, to answer questions and to listen to their opinions.
