Maria da Graça Carvalho met in the European Parliament the head Counselor for Science and Innovation of the Permanent Representation of Spain to the European Union to discuss Ms Carvalho´s report on "Simplifying the implementation of the Research Framework Programmes" regarding to the adopted Council Conclusions on this matter during the Spanish Presidency and to the current work of the Belgian Presidency on a new set of Conclusions to be adopted by the Commission next 12th October.
