Subject: Negotiating and analysing the RRP

The Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) is an important instrument to help the Portuguese economy recover from the effects of the COVID-19 crisis. The Portuguese people are looking forward to the final outcome of the RRP negotiations. In view of this:

1. When did RRP negotiations between the Commission and the Portuguese Government get under way?

2. Which projects included in the draft Recovery and Resilience Plan submitted by the Portuguese Government have given rise to doubts, objections or have been the subject of requests for clarification from the Commission?
