Work in Parliament Visit to the research infrastructures of the CSIC premises in Barcelona

The President of the Spanish National Research Council CSIC, Prof. Emilio Tamayo.  invited Maria da Graça Carvalho to visit some of the most important research infrastructures located in the CSIC premises in Barcelona. During her visit, Ms Carvalho spent some time to speak to the CSIC scientists about what they do, the potential outcomes for science and society and the importance to maintain financial support for the EU. They also shared their vision on this essential subject for the future of the European Research. 

During her stay in Barcelona, Ms Carvalho visited the Instituto de Microelectrónica, Instituto de Materiales and the Instituto de Nanotecnología.
