Maria da Graça Carvalho participated today in a workshop on the revision of the Community Framework on State aid for research and development and innovation (R&D&I).
In May 2012 the European Commission launched a wide-ranging initiative aimed at modernising its state aid rules, which encompasses the revision of the Community Framework on state aid for R&D&I'.
As a follow-up to the public consultation on that framework, the Commission organised this workshop with Member States and stakeholders with the aim of having an open discussion on certain issues identified in an Issues Paper.
