Maria da Graça Carvalho held a meeting in the European Parliament with Dr. Nemaungani, Director of Global Projects at the Department of Science and Technology in South Africa.
The aim of the meeting was to discuss radio astronomy and science projects in Africa and possible cooperation in these two fields between Europe and Africa.
