Work in Parliament EU-Ukraine Agreement amending the trade preferences for poultry meat and poultry meat preparations provided for by the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement

I voted in favour because I believe that this amendment was necessary in order to stop circumvention of the import limits, in the form of a specific duty free tariff rate quota imposed by the DCFTA on poultry meat. It is better to have a more flexible agreement that is actually effective.
