Work in Parliament Data Act approved

The IMCO Committee, of which Maria da Graça Carvalho is a substitute member,  approved on 24.01.2023 its opinion on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on harmonised rules on fair access to and use of data (Data Act) by 33 votes in favour, 7 against and 0 abstentions. Maria da Graça Carvalho was the shadow rapporteur of this opinion.
